God’s Perfect Timing for Your Impossible Blessings
As we approach the close of 2024, I want to share a prophetic word God gave me in October. He reminded me that He alone is the keeper of time. He asked me, “Am I not the One who sets the sun, moon, and stars?” It was a powerful moment, as He encouraged me to trust Him with the time left in this year. There’s still room for Him to do what seems impossible in your life, and I felt led to share this word with you—to lift your faith as we believe together for a year-end blessing.
I know some of you are waiting on God in different areas: relationships, family, business, promotions, and ministry. For those praying for a spouse, God knows the desire of your heart (Psalm 37:4). Trust that His timing is perfect and that He is working in ways you cannot see. In previous posts, I’ve shared about praying for relationships and waiting on God’s timing in marriage, and I encourage you to revisit those as you hold onto hope. (I’ll link them for easy access!) This isn’t just about finding the right person, but about God building something beautiful that will glorify Him in the future.
If you’re hoping for a child, remember Sarah’s story—when God promised Abraham and Sarah a son, it seemed too late. Yet, as Genesis 21:1 tells us, “The Lord did for Sarah what he had promised.” Just as He fulfilled His word to Sarah, God will fulfill His promises to you, too. Waiting is hard, but He sees you. His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
For those of you with a vision for a new business or ministry, or seeking that next level of promotion, don’t be discouraged. God has a plan, and He is with you every step. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” Sometimes, it feels like the year is slipping away and our dreams are stuck, but God is still moving. Reflect on the steps I outlined in my past blogs about starting new endeavors, and stay encouraged.
If you’re stepping out in ministry, keep pressing forward. God has equipped you with everything you need to serve Him (2 Timothy 1:7). He’s given us boldness and power through His Spirit, so even if you face setbacks, remember that they don’t define your purpose. In one of my recent posts, I talked about the armor of God and how vital it is for us to check our spiritual armor. Lean into these teachings and stay battle-ready.
